SHIPPING:
We ship daily (Monday – Friday). Typically orders received by us and paid for before noon EDT will be shipped the same day. Orders received and paid for after noon EDT will be shipped next business day. If you need expedited shipping or other special instructions, please contact us directly at 239-989-1205
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases; however, we MUST be contacted by you via e-mail to request combine shipping and we will prepare the package for shipment and e-mail you an accurate quote for shipping.
If your looking to receive the shipment by a certain date (for an occasion, giving as a gift, etc.) please e-mail us and let us know and we will make every effort to satisfy your requests.
All items are new unless specifically written in the description.
RETURNS:
Regarding a shipment that isn’t quite up to your expectations:
Yes, we do except returns. However, it must be returned unopened and undamaged.
Please e-mail us your request to return the item along with: your name, date of purchase, item name and the reason for your return and we will e-mail you with the proper return instructions.
Items damaged during shipping must be reported to the shipper, immediately upon receipt.
